TREATMENTS
-
Acupuncture is a holistic therapy that supports the body’s natural ability to heal and regulate itself. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, acupuncture looks for underlying imbalances that may be contributing to pain, stress, digestive concerns, hormonal changes, or ongoing fatigue. By working with acupuncture points and channels, treatments aim to address both the root cause and the symptoms, supporting long-term health and balance.
Acupuncture may support:
Reduce pain, inflammation, and muscle tension
Support stress management and nervous system regulation
Improve digestion, sleep, and energy levels
Promote overall balance and long-term wellbeing
-
Facial acupuncture is a natural approach to cosmetic and aesthetic care that supports facial health without the use of neuro-toxins or injectables. Treatments work by stimulating circulation, collagen production, and muscle tone while always involving body acupuncture points to support overall balance. By addressing the underlying root causes that affect the face — such as stress, digestion, hormonal changes, or nervous system imbalance — facial acupuncture may also support facial nerve function and recovery in cases of facial paralysis, while enhancing your natural appearance.
Facial acupuncture may support:
Improve skin tone, elasticity, and overall facial vitality
Support facial muscle function and nerve health
Enhance natural appearance without neuro-toxins or fillers
Promote whole-body balance alongside aesthetic benefits
-
Microneedling is a minimally invasive skin treatment that uses fine sterile needles to create controlled micro-channels in the skin. This process stimulates the body’s natural healing response, encouraging collagen and elastin production while enhancing the absorption of nourishing serums. Over time, microneedling supports skin renewal, helping to improve overall skin health, texture and radiance.
Microneedling may support:
Natural collagen and elastin production
Skin texture and overall tone
The appearance of fine lines and acne scarring
The absorption and effectiveness of topical serums
Please note: Microneedling is considered a cosmetic treatment and is not claimable through private health insurance.
-
Cupping therapy is a traditional technique that uses suction to support circulation, release muscle tension, and encourage the movement of stagnant tissue and fluids. Depending on your presentation, treatments may include slide cupping, fire cupping, or gentle suction cupping, and are always tailored to your individual needs. Cupping can be used on its own or alongside acupuncture to enhance treatment outcomes and support deeper musculoskeletal and systemic relief.
Cupping therapy may support:
Reduce muscle tension, tightness, and restricted movement
Improve circulation and support tissue recovery
Assist with pain management and inflammation
Enhance the effects of acupuncture treatments
-
Moxibustion is a traditional Chinese Medicine therapy that uses mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris), which is used to apply warmth to specific areas of the body and is used to compliment acupuncture treatment. When burned near the body, mugwort produces a gentle heat that helps warm the channels, support circulation, and strengthen the body’s natural healing response. Moxibustion may be applied using a moxa box, placed on the abdomen or lower back for sustained warmth, attached to the head of an acupuncture needle, or used in a punk (stick) form to warm specific points. Originating in ancient China, moxibustion has been used for centuries to support vitality, immunity, and recovery, particularly where cold, deficiency, or low energy is present.
Moxibustion may support:
Warming the body and improved circulation
Digestion, immunity, and energy levels
Pain and stiffness associated with cold conditions
The effects of acupuncture treatments

Infrared therapy works at a cellular level, gently supporting the body’s natural healing processes. By stimulating energy production within cells, it can help the body recover more efficiently, reduce inflammation, and support tissue repair. When used alongside acupuncture, infra-red therapy enhances circulation, relaxes the nervous system, and encourages deeper, longer-lasting treatment effects — making it a supportive addition to your overall care.
Infra-red therapy may support:
Faster recovery and tissue healing
Reduced inflammation, pain, and muscle tension
Improved circulation and relaxation
Enhanced treatment outcomes when combined with acupuncture
-
LED light therapy is a non-invasive skin treatment that uses specific wavelengths of light to support cellular repair and regeneration. Working at a cellular level, LED therapy helps stimulate circulation, encourage collagen production, and calm inflammation, making it beneficial for concerns such as acne, redness, sun damage, uneven skin tone, and fine lines. LED light therapy may be used as a standalone treatment or in combination with facial acupuncture to enhance skin health, support healing, and promote a naturally radiant complexion.
LED light therapy may support:
Skin tone, texture, and overall radiance
Collagen production and skin rejuvenation
Reduction of inflammation, redness, and acne-related concerns
Healing and treatment outcomes when combined with facial acupuncture
-
Dietary therapy is an integral part of Chinese Medicine and focuses on the energetic qualities of food and how they support the body’s internal balance. Rather than restrictive diets, this approach looks at simple, practical changes. Such as, food temperature, preparation methods, and seasonal eating, to better support digestion, energy, and overall wellbeing. By making small, thoughtful adjustments to the way you eat, dietary therapy can gently support the body’s natural healing processes and enhance the effects of acupuncture treatments.
Dietary therapy may support:
Digestion and gut health
Energy levels and daily vitality
Reduction of inflammation and internal imbalance
Sustainable, long-term health changes
