Registered & Qualified Practitioner
All acupuncture services at Acu Point Collective are provided by an AHPRA-registered Chinese medicine practitioner working within their approved scope of practice.
We ensure that:

Referrals are made when care falls outside scope
Informed Consent
Informed consent is a cornerstone of ethical healthcare.
Before treatment, clients are provided with:

Privacy & Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and handle personal and health information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
Clinical records are securely stored using Cliniko, a secure, Australian-compliant practice management system.
Payments are processed securely via Square. Acu Point Collective does not store full card details.
Personal information is kept confidential and only disclosed with consent or where required by law.

Accurate and secure clinical records are maintained for all clients, including:
Relevant health history and assessments
Treatment details and progress
Consent and professional correspondence
Records are stored and retained in line with CMBA, AHPRA, and legal requirements.
Professional Conduct
